R&B icon Brandy is officially set to receive her own Hollywood Walk of Fame star on March 30, 2026, marking a major milestone in her three‑decade career. The Grammy‑winning singer and actress will be honored in the Recording category, becoming the 2,839th inductee on the legendary boulevard.
The ceremony will take place at 6201 Hollywood Boulevard and will be streamed live on the Walk of Fame website. Actress and writer Issa Rae and music legend Babyface are scheduled to speak at the event, with Emmy‑winning host Sibley Scoles serving as emcee.
The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce praised Brandy as a transformative figure whose voice and artistry helped shape modern R&B. From her breakout success in the ’90s to her historic role as the first Black actress to play Cinderella in Disney’s 1997 adaptation, Brandy’s influence spans music, television, and film.
